honestly, to me, if you’re seventeen or eighteen and you want to date a twenty-four year old and that twenty-four year old wants you back, there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t go for it. i don’t know why people think the ages seventeen and eighteen are so far apart. they’re really not.

the whole point of dimitri and rose having sex, i believe, was to show that rose made dimitri do crazy things, and that she was the one person who could make him lose his focus and his control. because when tasha was hitting on dimitri, dimitri was like “yeah, sure i guess so whatever you say” and then rose will hit on him and he’ll get all flustered and he’ll have to regain his composure. rose was the only person who could make dimitri act “out of character” because she was the only one who could get to his heart and that scared him. regardless of having sex with rose, he still did everything he could to put his guardianship stuff first, same with rose.

idk. dimitri is an amazing character because of reasons. i love him and i think he’s amazing, even if he did make me want to punch him in the face after he got his soul back, per say. but yeah. dimitri is just an awesome character and i think more books should have characters like him.
